Application Process  | Each adult (18 years old and up) applicant who intends on living in the home MUST fill out an application. The application fee for each adult is $25. This is the very first step to becoming a resident and may take up to 14 days to get results. The application is available to download on the right of this page.
When applying, you must also download and sign the Residency Criteria form provided on the right of this page. The reason for this form is to ensure you that we have a very careful vetting process to ensure the safety of our community and our residents. By signing this form, you are stating that the information within your application is true and you understand the criteria of our community.
