About | In this park you own your own home. We simple rent you the land you live on. There are 100 lots here. You would be responsible to maintain your lot through all the seasons. We have the largest lots in the area. We have a nice park for children to play and a common area for afternoon picnics. Included in the lot rent is water, garbage and sewer.
